Dogs and Puppies

In the UK, Dog Breeders of 3 or more litters a year must hold an active licence with their local council and are required to record and keep information about the dogs and their breeding programme. Exact requirements may vary from council to council. Breeders must also provide new owners with information about their puppy. See gov.uk for details.
